Program Description & Messaging Use Cases

Sheila Harris Realty operates an SMS messaging program for clients and prospective clients who have explicitly opted in. Messages sent through this program include the following use cases:

• Transactional messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, consultation scheduling, showing notifications, transaction status updates, and document or deadline alerts
• Service notifications — new listing alerts matching your stated criteria, open house announcements, and market updates relevant to your active property search

Message frequency is approximately 2–6 messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your activity level and the stage of any active transaction.

Message & Data Rate Disclosures

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received through our program. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual data plan. Sheila Harris Realty does not charge any fee for SMS communications, but your carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for specific rate information.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other participating carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to network availability, carrier policies, and other factors outside the control of Sheila Harris Realty. We are not responsible for any failure to deliver messages caused by carrier network issues, device compatibility, or other technical factors.

How to Opt In & Opt Out

By submitting a contact form or requesting information from us, you consent to receive communications from Sheila Harris Realty via email and, where separately consented, SMS text messages. You may withdraw consent at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from all text communications
• Replying HELP for support and assistance information
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email communication

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. SMS consent is not required to purchase any real estate service from Sheila Harris Realty.
